Zach's Football

A few photos of Zach's last game. He is #89, just like his dad was. His team is having a good season and are 4-1 right now.

Can you believe how much bigger this guy is than Zach? He did great against him though--the bigger they are the harder they fall, right?

This is Zach about to make a tackle.
And here he is making the tackle. Timber!
Another shot of him getting in on a tackle.

We love to go watch our boys play. They're doing so great! Next will be some pics of Brayden.

Flag Football

Football season is in full swing at our house. This was Nate's first year in flag football. He was so excited to play like his older brothers and even more excited to learn that his team was the Denver Broncos! He had a blast playing!
Nate with his hands up--I'm ready coach throw me the ball!

Taking a break with his friend Gunner.
Running the ball like a pro!
Right after a great catch!
Nate reaches in for the flag of his opponent
Listening to his coach reading to make a play!
Nothing left but end zone!
Running the ball up the sidelines. It was so cute and fun to watch his little team. Nate had a great year! Good job little buddy!

Another great Birthday!

Brayden had his 12th birthday this Sunday! He is SO glad to be done with primary. Just wait until he finds out that they sing in priesthood, too!

12 fingers for 12 years

Not quite 12 candles, but its all I had on hand.
Brayden invited friends to go bowling and then back to our house for a great game of two-touch football.
Brett even got in on the game. He had a great day. We love him and his infectious smile!

River Rock Youth Triathon

Brayden participated in a youth triathlon yesterday. He did great! I was so impressed that he (and all the other kids) jumped into the FREEZING pond water! What a trooper.

Brayden and his friend Kody before it started.

finished with the swimming! Brayden getting out of the ice water!
Coming in from the biking. I think he might be thawed by now.
Crossing the finish line! Yay! By the look on his face I think he is really glad its over!
They gave everyone a finishers medal. It was such a fun event and they did such a good job putting it together. They had a raffle at the end and Brayden won an Oral-B sonic toothbrush! I was going to take it, but he said "I'm keepin' it!" Oh good, maybe we'll have less cavities now! I am really proud of Brayden for doing his best and finishing the race!! (did I mention the water was almost frozen!)

Nate is 7

Wow! Nate is 7 years old! He is such a fun boy. We are so glad he is in our family! Love him!

4-H project

Haley did 4-H this past spring. One of her projects was to sew a skirt. She modeled the skirt for judges at part of the county fair. She did a great job--she had no problems striking a pose for the audience.

All the girls received really nice ribbons for their entries. Good job Haley!
