What cute sisters! Kacie adores Haley and Haley is so good to Kacie. I hope they stay friends throughout their lives. I just had to get a picture of them in their matching sweaters before Haley decides it is totally uncool to dress like your sister. (I think we're actually past that, but she puts up with me) Love my girls!

Aloha Maui!
Wow! What a fabulous time we had on our trip to Maui! It was SO great to get away and soak in the sun and beauty of Hawaii. It truly is paradise!
This was a view from a northern back road which was very windy and most of the time it was one lane only. It could be scary because if any car needed to back up to let another pass, it was cliffs on one side! We survived thanks to Bretts excellent driving skills (can't say the same for navigation).

This cute little church in the middle of nowhere along that windy road. Makes me grateful for my nice building only a mile away.
Another picture of the beautiful landscape.
Brett and I against gorgeous mountains (can't tell cause its dark) on the sunset cruise we took one of the nights.
The sunset on the sunset cruise.
Its amazing how beautiful Maui is and the pictures don't do it justice at all.
Haley sitting at the table of the boat. It was a really nice evening.
Sometimes there's such a thing as too much fun. I think Nate is exhausted from the "fun"
Brett and Nate sitting at the front of the snorkel boat after a morning of snorkeling.
Brayden dives in the water ready to snorkel!
Snorkeling at Molokini island. I sat this one out with Kacie because she wouldn't get in the water--good thing she was free!
I'm ready mom!
These are very cool trunks of the trees. Perfect for these two monkey to climb.
Getting to the Seven sacred Pools was a bit of a hike, but the kids were troopers and managed.
At the bottom of the sacred pools. They are pools that tier and spill into eachother like a fountain.
This is a pool at the bottome of a different waterfall. The boys just threw their shirts off and jumped in.
Another long windy, narrow drive was the Road to Hana. We loved it! The views are gorgeous!
The show at the Luau. The dancers were very good.
The Luau was at the Hyatt. It was an amazing hotel! They have these penguins in the lobby. . .yes, real penguis. I think their wings are clipped so they don't fly out of their "home". There's no cage, its wide open.
I call this picture "contemplating the universe"
On the beach!
Playing in the sand
On the Hyatt grounds before the Luau.
We drove up to the Haleakala crater. Above the clouds--it was beautiful
We had a great experience riding in the helicopter. That is one way to definitely see the island!
Zach and Haley in the helicopter!
Gorgeous from the air!
We saw whales from the sky--it was so cool! We also saw some when we were out with the snorkel boat. I loved it!
Fun in the surf. Boogie boarding was a favorite activity. I think we did that almost every day. This is Brett and Zach--if you look closely you can see Brayden's leg sticking up and Nate is under the wave somewhere.
Kacie didn't like the ocean much, but had a blast playing in the sand and building sand castles

Christmas Morning
A Robinson Christmas Party
We always love to get together for the annual Robinson Christmas party. We were fortunate to host again this year and everyone seems to have a good time.
